Pump Station Assy for Mutoh 1604/1624 Printers Description

This high-quality, generic, solvent-resistant pump station assembly is suitable for Mutoh Valuejet series printers.

1. Ink Suction
The pump station transfers ink from the main ink cartridge to the printhead through negative pressure, ensuring a continuous and stable ink supply during printing, preventing problems such as ink interruption and uneven color.

2. Printhead Cleaning
It is connected to the cleaning device of the printhead (such as wiper, cap, etc.). When the printer performs “cleaning” or “maintenance” operations, the pump station extracts the residual ink and air from the printhead to keep it unobstructed and prevent clogging.

3. Maintaining system pressure
The ink system may require a certain negative or positive pressure. The pump station assembly can help maintain the appropriate pressure to ensure accurate ink ejection.

4. Ink Circulation Support
Some high-end UV models or white ink printing require ink circulation, and the pump station will also participate in the promotion of the circulation system to prevent pigment precipitation.
