The Roland 1000025667 PLATE, CLAMP MEDIA R2 (CG2191) is the original right-side media clamp plate for SG3-540, SG3-640, VG3-540 and VG3-640 print & cut devices. Mounted on the media clamp rail, it presses the leading edge of the roll to hold media perfectly flat and square – the foundation of accurate printing and non-skew contour cutting. A bent or worn clamp plate lets media lift or drift, causing banding at the edge and misaligned cut lines.
This is a genuine Roland DG part, Made in Japan, featuring a black steel body with a polished stainless sliding face and mounting clips.
