The Mimaki UJF200-6042 is a benchtop UV-LED flatbed printer built for direct-to-object production. Its 610 x 420mm (A2-equivalent) vacuum table holds objects up to 250mm (9.8″) thick and 20kg (44.1 lb) in weight, so you can decorate promotional goods, signage blanks, industrial components and personalized gifts straight off the shelf – no transfer film, no jig-by-jig setups.
The wider 610mm span (versus the UJF200-3042) gives room for larger products and flexible multi-part fixture layouts for repeatable batch printing. UV-LED curing means instant handling, strong adhesion on suitable substrates and low operating heat.

Flat or slightly shaped objects up to 250mm thick and 20kg in weight, within the 610 x 420mm print area – promotional products, nameplates, cases, panels, boxes and more. Surface geometry, fixtures and head clearance affect printability, so we recommend testing on your actual substrate.
Which ink should I choose – hard or flexible UV?
ELH-100 hard UV suits rigid substrates where scratch resistance matters; ELS-120 flexible UV suits items that may bend or flex. White, clear and PR-200 primer availability depends on the configuration you choose – contact us and we will help you spec the right setup before ordering.
How is it different from the UJF200-3042?
Both share the same 250mm object-height and 20kg media limits. The 6042 widens the printable area to 610 x 420mm (A2) versus 300 x 420mm (A3) on the 3042 – choose the 6042 for larger products or wider batch fixtures.
Are the camera, belt conveyor and stand included?
