Product Overview
The KJ4A-TA printhead series features a maximum drive frequency of 20 kHz, delivering exceptional quality with a small drop volume of 6 pl at 50 m/min. This 600 dpi single-color printhead has 2,656 nozzles arranged across a 108.25 mm wide print swath with a 0.042 mm pitch, resulting in 30,000 drops per second. It is widely used for labels and packaging, sign graphics, and offset surprint due to its compatibility with UV and other high-viscosity inks.
The maximum printing width of the Kyocera KJ4A-TA (complete part number is KJ4A-TAO6ATB) can reach 108.25 mm, which is approximately equivalent to the width of two Ricoh GEN5 printheads. The increased effective printing range can reduce the overall printhead usage of the UV printer.
