Overview
The Mimaki PHT50 ink pack is the genuine heat transfer pigment ink for Mimaki’s
TxF series DTF (Direct-to-Film) printers. It prints on PET transfer film, is fixed
with hot-melt powder and a heat press, and delivers wash-resistant, stretchable
colour on cotton, polyester and blended fabrics. PHT50 carries the ECO PASSPORT
certification (Certificate No. NEP 2212), the textile-chemical safety standard
required by many sportswear and apparel brands.
CMYK colours come in 600ml packs; White comes in a 500ml pack because white is
printed as the final top layer and is consumed at a different rate. We keep all
five colours in stock and ship worldwide in 2-7 days via DHL/FedEx/UPS/TNT.

Which PHT50 pack sizes does Mimaki offer?
CMYK colours are supplied as 600 ml packs (part numbers PNPHT50-C-60, PNPHT50-M-60,
PNPHT50-Y-60, PNPHT50-K-60). White is supplied as a 500 ml pack (PNPHT50-W-50).
Can PHT50 be used in non-DTF Mimaki printers?
No. PHT50 is a heat transfer pigment ink developed for the Mimaki TxF DTF series
(TxF150-75, TxF300-75, TxF300-1600, TxF330-800). Do not mix it with solvent, UV or
sublimation ink lines – flush thoroughly if converting a machine.
What is the difference between PHT50 and sublimation ink?
Sublimation dyes the coating of polyester only. PHT50 is printed on PET film with
hot-melt powder, so it bonds to cotton, dark fabrics and cotton/polyester blends,
which sublimation cannot cover.
Do you sell single colours?
Yes – all five colours (C, M, Y, K, W) are stocked separately. Send us the colours
and quantities you need through the inquiry form and we will quote accordingly.
How fast is delivery?
We keep PHT50 in stock and ship worldwide within 2-7 days via DHL, FedEx, UPS or TNT.
