Roland RE-640 is a large-format, high-performance plotter of the VersaArt series for long, continuous operation. VersaArt RE-640 combines the latest innovations of Roland: two print heads of the new generation (DX6) with high printing resolution and variable droplet size, arranged in a checkerboard pattern with a mirror feed of CMYKKYMC ink, due to which it is possible to virtually eliminate banding and obtain unrivaled image quality. In order to reduce the influence of static electricity, the nozzle plates of the print head are gold-plated.
