Product Overview
This 220 ml ink cartridge is specially engineered for use in UV flatbed and eco-solvent printers as part of a secondary continuous ink supply system (CISS). Constructed from corrosion-resistant materials, it provides consistent ink output and features automatic ink flow control. The built-in float mechanism automatically regulates internal ink pressure, helping to avoid ink flow interruptions during operation. It is offered in standard CMYK colors (cyan, magenta, yellow, and black).
1. Transparent Body
The slim profile and transparent body allow for easy monitoring and installation.
2. Built-in float
The cartridge features a float mechanism that automatically balances internal pressure and maintains a consistent ink level. This prevents ink starvation or overflow during high-speed printing and ensures stable, uninterrupted ink delivery to the printhead.
3. Hydraulic adjustment wheel (can be connected to the ink tube)
The high-precision hydraulic adjustment wheel can adjust the ink pressure at will.
