HP Latex 300 series printers. They deliver vivid colour, outdoor durability without
odor or hazardous air pollutants, and run on a huge range of substrates – banners,
vinyl, films, textiles and more. Water-based HP Latex ink keeps the work
environment healthy and prints come out dry and ready to finish.

FAQ
What is the difference between HP 831, 831A and 831B cartridges?
They are all 775 ml Latex cartridges for the HP Latex 300 series. The letter
suffix marks the sales region/packaging revision of the same ink family – 831B is
the current standard-capacity version (CZ688A-CZ693A). All of them run in the
Latex 310/330/360/365 printers.
Does the cartridge come with a chip?
Yes – cartridges ship with the 831C chip installed and are recognised by the
printer out of the box. If you only need replacement chips for existing

Which colours should I order together?
The Latex 300 series runs six colours (C, M, Y, K, LC, LM) plus an Optimizer.
White is consumed fastest on dark media. Most customers reorder K, C, M and W
together – tell us your production volume and we will quote a mixed-carton.
Can I use HP 871B 3-litre ink instead?
No. The 3-litre 871B ink supply (G0Y79B-G0Y84B) is for the HP Latex 375 only.
The Latex 310/330/360/365 use the 775 ml 831/831B cartridges.
How fast is delivery?
All colours are in stock and ship worldwide within 2-7 days via DHL, FedEx,
