FAQ
Is SS22 the same ink as SS21?
No. SS22 is the newer generation: it is GBL-free, has around 40% less odour, and adds improved scratch resistance. Printers that run SS22 (JV200, CJV200, JV330, CJV330) should use SS22; SS21 is for the earlier JV3/JV5/TS3 platforms.
Which colour should I order?
The series covers Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black, Light Cyan, Light Magenta, Light Black and Orange in the 1000 ml bag. Tell us your printer model and the colour you need and we will quote it.
Is 1000 ml the same as the 440 ml cartridge?
No — this is the 1 L bag format with a paper cartridge, not the 440 ml rigid cartridge. They are not interchangeable; check which container your machine takes before ordering.
Can I mix SS22 bags from different batches?
Yes, SS22 is a production ink designed for continuous bulk feeding, but as with any solvent ink we recommend using the oldest stock first and keeping one batch per colour where possible.
How do you ship ink?
Ink packs ship by DHL, FedEx, UPS or TNT with proper solvent-safe packing, typically 2–7 working days worldwide.
