With a 55 degree cutting angle and 0.25mm offset, these are the standard blades for cutting everyday sign vinyl – self-adhesive PVC, coloured film and standard signmaking media.
Cemented carbide holds a sharp edge far longer than standard steel, so blades stay consistent through long production runs. A dull or chipped blade shows up immediately as incomplete cuts, torn vinyl or ragged corners on small lettering.
