The Roland 1000006755 PAD, WIPE is the original wiper pad for a wide range of Roland print & cut and printer models, including the VS-640, VS-540, VS-300, XR-640, RE-640, RA-640 and RF-640 series. Mounted in the wiper assembly beside the printhead, it cleans ink residue and debris off the nozzle plate during each capping cycle – a small part that directly protects your printhead.
A saturated, hardened or collapsed wiper pad smears ink back onto the nozzles and can cause deflection, misfiring and banding. Replacing it at regular maintenance intervals keeps the printhead face clean and print quality stable.
